In a survey of customers from Italy's 17 leading banks (including online banks) Intesa Sanpaolo was rated as the “Best Traditional Bank” (with branches), thanks to its “excellent” score in seven areas (Products and Savings); Online banking; Banking Apps; Social media; Customer service; Price/quality ratio; Customer communication. Intesa Sanpaolo was also awarded the Gold Seal for 1st place in financial advisory services, in a survey of 500 companies in 70 sectors, with 100,000 ratings from consumers (The Best in Italy - Service Sample).
