To identify stakeholders' areas of interest and expectations, the Group has been involved in stakeholder engagement for years, actively involving all Bank Departments that manage relations with stakeholders. Synergies have been consolidated to define areas of cooperation for engagement activities, that can produce results for everyone.

These results refer to the needs and expectations of stakeholders and help define improvement objectives for each department, in line with Business Plan strategies1.
